PetPlayFun Shipping Policy

At PetPlayFun, we are committed to delivering your pet toy orders quickly, safely, and transparently within the United States. Please carefully review our updated Shipping Policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Availability: We ship exclusively within the continental United States. Currently, we do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Economy flat-rate shipping: $4.99 (delivery within 3 to 7 business days)
  • All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.
  • Shipping options and exact fees will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or during weekends will begin processing the following business day.
  • Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • Please note: Once a package is with the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
  • PetPlayFun is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you identify an error after submitting your order, please immediately contact us at [email protected].
  • Changes to an address cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, or we may wait for the original shipment to be returned before reshipping.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

  • If tracking information indicates “Delivered,” but you have not received your package:
    • Wait 1–2 additional business days, as USPS occasionally updates tracking information prematurely.
    • Check with neighbors or nearby locations.
    • Contact your local post office for further assistance.
  • If the carrier confirms delivery, we may not issue refunds or replacements. Each situation will be individually reviewed based on the provided documentation.
