💳How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure, convenient payment options so you can check out with confidence:
- Credit, debit, and prepaid cards: VISA and MasterCard.
- PayPal: trusted worldwide for fast, secure online payments.
When you choose PayPal at checkout, you’ll be redirected to the secure PayPal page. You don’t need a PayPal account — you can use PayPal Guest Checkout to pay with any card. If your local currency isn’t supported, PayPal will automatically convert your payment to USD. All transactions are processed securely, and we never store your full card details.
🚚How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost depends on your order total:
- Orders $50 and over: FREE shipping.
- Orders under $50: a flat economy rate of $4.99.
Your exact shipping cost is always calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises. All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.
⏱️How long will my order take to arrive?
Here’s what to expect from the moment you place your order:
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order cut-off: orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends, begin processing the next business day.
- Delivery: typical delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control. If your delivery seems delayed, the tracking link is the best place to check first.
📍Which areas do you ship to?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. At this time we’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
To avoid delays, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order — we’re not able to take responsibility for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. 📦Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking your order is easy:
- As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link.
- Use that link to follow your package every step of the way until it reaches your door.
- You can also use the Order Tracking page on our website at any time.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within a few days of ordering (and it’s not in your spam folder), reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll send it to you.
✏️How can I change or cancel something in my order?
Need to update or cancel an order? Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and include your order number and the change you’d like to make.
Because we process orders quickly (usually within 1–2 business days), the sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can make the change. Once an order has already shipped, we’re no longer able to guarantee changes — but you can still use our return process after it arrives.
🔄What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Free of any signs of use, chewing, damage, or stains.
How to start a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
Please note: items marked Final Sale, and used items showing wear, stains, or chewing marks, are not eligible for return.
💸How do refunds work?
Once your return arrives back to us, here’s what happens:
- Inspection: we inspect the item within 2–3 business days to confirm it meets our return criteria.
- Confirmation: you’ll receive an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Refund issued: if approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.).
- Bank processing: please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account.
🔎My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
This can occasionally happen. Before contacting us, please try these steps:
- Wait 1–2 business days. Carriers sometimes scan a package as “delivered” a little early.
- Check around your property and with neighbors, in case it was left in a safe spot or with someone nearby.
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number for more detail on the delivery.
If you still can’t locate your package, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help look into it. Please note that when a carrier confirms delivery, refunds or replacements aren’t guaranteed — each case is reviewed individually based on the available information.
