Inspection & Refund Approval Once your returned item is received, it will undergo an inspection within 2–3 business days to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria:

Item must be in new, unused condition.

Original packaging, tags, and inserts must be included.

No signs of chewing, damage, stains, or visible wear.
Upon completing the inspection, you will receive an email from [email protected] confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Refund Method & Timing: If your refund is approved:

It will be issued back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
